More about IFS
What is IFS
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a compassionate and evidence-based approach that recognizes the normal multiplicity of the mind. It understands that we all have various “parts” within us-distinct emotions, thoughts, and sub-personalities - that interact to form our inner world. Alongside these parts exists our core Self, which embodies qualities like calmness, curiosity, compassion, clarity, confidence, courage, creativity and connectedness.
