IFS Coaching
Welcome to
You in Harmony
Guiding you towards inner harmony and growth.

Who Am I?
It’s a question we ask from the moment we realize there’s a ME. In Internal Family Systems (IFS), there is the Self(ME), and there is an Us, because we all have parts that make us whole -like the seeds of a dandelion coming together to form a complete beautiful blowball. When these parts are seen and valued, they create a harmonious whole: YOU.
YOU = Self + Your Parts
IFS is a powerful modality that helps you explore and harmonize your inner system. It’s about embracing every part of yourself to achieve balance and inner peace.
Let’s embark on this journey together.
Hello, I'm Ramona
As a Level 1 Internal Family Systems (IFS) Practitioner, my journey with IFS began when I experienced its transformative power in my own life. Fascinated by how it helped me explore and harmonize my inner world, I felt inspired to guide others on a similar path of self-discovery and healing.
In addition to my IFS practice, I am an ILM Level 7 Coach and General Practitioner. My medical background enriches my understanding of the human condition, enabling me to approach personal growth with both professional insight and deep compassion.
I have a special interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and autism (ASD). Recognizing the unique challenges faced by neurodivergent people, I am dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive space for them to navigate their inner world and embrace their strengths. To enhance this work, I have completed Executive Functioning Skills Coaching training, equipping me with tools to help clients improve focus, organization, and emotional regulation.
My approach integrates the transformative principles of IFS with practical coaching strategies, creating a personalized journey toward greater harmony and well-being.

We Are All Connected
I believe that we all possess immense inner potential and that every part of us contributes to our wholeness. Just as the seeds of a dandelion come together to form a complete flower, our inner parts—when acknowledged and valued—create a harmonious self.
We are all connected. By embracing this connection within ourselves and with others, we can achieve greater inner harmony and personal growth.
Let’s Connect
I’m here to support you on your journey towards understanding and integrating your inner parts. Together, we can work towards unlocking your full potential and achieving the balance you seek.

IFS therapy was developed by Dr. Richard Schwartz, and is practiced by therapists, coaches, and healing practitioners all over the world. IFS proposes that each person is composed of a core Self and a system of parts.
The Self: This is your true essence—the core of who you are. The Self is inherently wise and has the capacity to lead your internal system toward healing and harmony.
Protective Parts:
Managers: These parts work proactively to keep you in control of every situation and prevent emotional pain. They might manifest as perfectionism, controlling behaviors, or constant self-criticism.
Firefighters: When emotional pain surfaces despite the managers’ efforts, firefighters jump in to distract you from it. They might lead you to engage in impulsive behaviors like overeating, substance use, or excessive screen time.
Exiles: These parts carry the burdens of past traumas, fears, and negative beliefs about oneself. Often suppressed or hidden, they long for healing and acknowledgment.
During our IFS sessions, conducted online via video, we’ll work collaboratively to explore and harmonize your internal system. Here’s what you can expect:
Creating a Safe Space: Together, we’ll establish a trusting, non-judgmental environment where all parts of you feel welcome and supported.
Identifying Your Parts: Through gentle inquiry and mindfulness, we’ll uncover and get to know your managers, firefighters, and exiles—their roles, concerns, and intentions.
Accessing the Self: You’ll connect with your core Self, a place of compassion, confidence, and leadership that can guide your internal system.
Healing and Integration: We’ll facilitate open and compassionate dialogue between your Self and your parts, allowing wounded exiles to heal and release their burdens.
Restoring Inner Harmony: The ultimate goal is to create a balanced and cooperative internal system where all parts work together under the guidance of your Self.
Our online sessions provide the flexibility and convenience to explore your inner world from the comfort of your own space.
Emotional Healing: Gently explore and heal underlying wounds and traumas, fostering greater emotional well-being.
Self-Leadership: Develop the ability to lead your inner system with compassion, clarity, and confidence, creating harmony within.
Improved Relationships: Deepen your connections with others by understanding and aligning your internal dynamics, promoting healthier interactions.
Personal Growth: Embrace all parts of yourself, unlocking your full potential and cultivating a sense of wholeness and authenticity.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a neurodiversity-affirming approach that embraces all aspects of an individual without judgment or the need to “fix” them. At its core, IFS is non-pathologizing, based on the belief that there are no bad parts. Every part of us, no matter how challenging it may seem, has developed a role to protect or support us in some way.
For many neurodivergent individuals, societal messages often reinforce the idea that their differences—such as heightened sensitivity to stimuli, unique communication styles, or emotional intensity—are flaws that need fixing. These messages can lead to the development of parts that carry self-blame, shame, or a compulsion to please others in order to conform to a neurotypical society.
IFS does not seek to cure or change neurodivergence but instead approaches each person’s inner world with curiosity and compassion. By exploring thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, IFS helps individuals understand and honor their parts while uncovering their authentic Self—a place of calm, confidence, and clarity. This process empowers neurodivergent people to embrace their uniqueness and live in greater harmony with themselves.
IFS is a powerful and compassionate approach that views every part of you as valuable and worthy of understanding. Rather than labeling any part as “bad” , IFS honors each part for its protective role, even the ones that may feel the most challenging.
By working with your inner system in this non-judgmental and holistic way, IFS opens the door to deep self-awareness, healing, and profound personal transformation.
